Disconnect Instagram
Sign in to Settings → Social connections and choose Disconnect on the Instagram card. This removes the saved account connection and encrypted credentials from SnapScheduler. You can also remove snapscheduler.app-IG in Instagram’s Apps and websites settings to revoke its access at Instagram.
Delete Instagram-derived data
When Meta sends a verified deauthorization or data-deletion request, we remove the matching Instagram connection, credentials, profile details and associated Instagram publishing metadata from our active database. A data-deletion request returns a confirmation code and a private status link. Keep that link private; it reports only the deletion status and completion time, not account details. Receipts remain available for 90 days after completion.
Your original articles, captions and uploaded images are content you provided separately, not data imported from Instagram. These remain in your workspace unless you delete them or request their deletion. Removing Instagram data does not remove posts already on Instagram.
Disconnect Facebook Pages and delete Facebook-derived data
In Settings → Social connections, choose Disconnect Pages on the Facebook Pages card to remove saved Page connections and encrypted Page tokens. You can also remove snapscheduler.app in Facebook’s Business Integrations settings to revoke its access at Meta.
A verified Facebook deauthorization or data-deletion callback removes the associated account connection, Page details, credentials and Facebook publishing metadata from our active database, including records from an earlier disconnected connection. Data-deletion callbacks return a private confirmation code and status link, available for 90 days after completion. This does not remove your Instagram connection, source articles, drafts, uploaded images or posts already published on Facebook.
Delete content or your entire workspace
You can remove images from editable drafts and delete articles in the dashboard. To request deletion of your entire SnapScheduler workspace, or ask us to remove Instagram- or Facebook-derived data, email admin@snapscheduler.app from the email address used to sign in. Include the relevant Instagram username or Facebook Page name and URL, and specify whether you want that integration’s data or the whole workspace deleted. Never send passwords or access tokens.
We verify ownership before deleting data and reply with confirmation or any information needed to complete your request. Restricted backup copies, where present, may remain until their retention period ends. Contact us with your confirmation code if you need help with a pending callback request.
